Administrative Forms
- Troop 3 Reimbursement Form (Google Doc) – Fill out this form to be reimbursed for troop travel expenses (e.g. transporting scouts to an event), food reimbursements when a scout or adult leader serves as grubmaster, and other reimbursements. Turn the form into the treasurer, committee chair, or scoutmaster; be sure to include copies of your receipts.
Scout Forms
- Scouts BSA Medical Forms (Scouting.org) – When attending summer camp or high adventure treks, scouts are required to fill out and submit these forms to the scoutmaster. They are good for one year.
- Routine Drug Administration Record (Scouting.org) – Used to keep track of what medications a scout needs to take while on a troop trip or at summer camp.
